LYDIA. Tralleis. Circa 166-67 BC. Cistophorus (Silver, 29 mm, 12.74 g, 11 h), 134-128 (?). Cista mystica from which snake coils; around, ivy wreath with fruits. Rev. Two snakes coiled around a bow case; to left, [Τ]ΡΑΛ; to right, helmeted and draped bust of Athena to right; above, APTE. BMC -. Kleiner & Noe -, cf. 44 (A above bow case).
